Outer Banks among the top surfing destinations

Tuesday, July 21st, 2009

The travel section of The New York Times recently listed the Outer Banks as one of the top surfing destinations in the country. Of course, we in the Currituck area have known that for a while. If you’re still thinking about coming down for a weekend or longer, there’s plenty of room - you can even check the Corolla Surf Shop’s online surf report to get an idea of what to expect.
